We employ property sourcers to build relationships with all the estate agents, auction houses and independent vendors across Portsmouth and the surrounding areas. Most of our properties are purchased off-market as we believe if the property is marketed online, then often we are too late.

Our sourcers ensure they are the first person contacted when a suitable property comes to the market. By doing this, we have exclusive access to the very best investment opportunities. We don’t just source the property and leave the client to it, we act on behalf of the investor and carry the project to its conclusion by managing the project from start to finish.

Meet the Directors

Thai Bridgen

Thai has been investing in property since 2008 and has purchased over 25 properties during that time and has featured in The Property Hub magazine.

His current portfolio is worth over £2.6 million, consisting of single lets and multi-lets, for both the professional and student markets. He has undertaken a variety of projects including buying at auction, refurbishing distressed properties to let, flips, and large conversions. Over the years, Thai has gained experience in a variety of areas including planning, executing various HMO strategies, joint venture agreements, options and is a director of T1property Ltd, a local independent letting agency.

Alex Venables

Alex Venables has been a successful property developer and investor since 2011. He has purchased several properties during that time which have included title splits and refurbishments.

Alex has a background in engineering and project management; he was a construction project manager with one of the UK’s major supermarkets and was responsible for construction projects with budgets of up to £8 million. This experience honed Alex’s project delivery, stakeholder management and budget control skills.
